The department of electronics was set up in the year 1956 and it offers BSc Electronics.

The department of electronics began to meet the burgeoning demand in the field of electronics and communication.

The main vision is to impart theoretical and practical knowledge on various subjects and groom the students to be adept and capable of executing fieldwork with passion, commitment, discipline and integrity making them ready to make a mark in the industry

We conduct seminars, quizzes, competitions to allow our students to not only meet and compete with their peers but also make them stand number one in this competitive industry.

The department has developed the complete infrastructure required for conducting regular theory classes and laboratories for practical’s related to B.Sc (MECS) programs.

Linear Integrated Circuits Laboratory:

This lab is used by the students to conduct practical pertaining to the study of linear integrated circuits including op-amps, regulators and other linear ICs. Equipment like function generators, Oscilloscopes are available for ready use of the students.

Analog Electronics Laboratory:

This lab is used by the students to conduct practical on analog electronics circuits including practical on diodes, transistors, FET, and digital electronic circuits. The lab is equipped with latest multiple power supplies, Digital Storage Oscilloscopes, Analog Oscilloscopes, function generators, Logic Scopes, probes, Capacitance, Inductance and Resistance boxes etc.
